Rachael joined the OCCS in July 2022 as a Resolution Manager.
With 16 years experience in optics before joining the OCCS, as an optical assistant to store manager and operations manager Rachael has acquired valuable experience of consumer and practitioner concerns and effective complaint handling.
When we asked her favourite aspect of her job, Rachael shared:
“The role is varied and it never get’s boring. The team are always committed to aiding resolution with invaluable advice and support.”
In her spare time, although a self-declared novice gardener, Rachael enjoys moments of calm when pottering in the garden away from the noise of a full house! She also enjoys walking her dog in the nearby countryside, spotting deer, sheep and other wildlife.
