Meet the Team: Louisa Coulson

Louisa joined the OCCS in September 2023 as the Mediation Services Apprentice. She works in mediation support helping both clients and practices with their initial enquiries and assisting them through the first stage of the mediation process. Alongside her role, Louisa has been studying for her Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification which she has now completed and received a distinction as a result.

When we asked her favourite aspect of her job, Louisa shared:

The best part of my job is helping people within the first stage of the OCCS process and guiding them through this initial step. I really enjoy working collaboratively with the OCCS team and sharing knowledge to support one another.”

In her spare time, Louisa can be found lost in a book, in every genre, though thrillers are her preference. Louisa also has a love for music and dance, having performed from a young age and doing many shows and competitions. She has also performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
